Enrollment Information. Your Personal Safety and Wellbeing
As part of your enrollment process with Wellbeing Studio with Becky Jane, you are asked to complete the Health and Wellbeing form. In support of this, your teacher or facilitator will initiate a discussion with you to explore any changes or other factors that need to be considered in support of your journey.
Please ensure that your information is kept up to date as much as practically possible. This is done by informing your facilitator or teacher of any illness, injury, and other health concerns that may impact the way you participate. Minor changes or updates can be discussed prior to the start of your session when attending in person or or by email. Where attending online, please make contact via email prior to your session.
All information is kept private and confidential.
When participating, whether in person or on line, always move within your own level of comfort and capacity. Where specific movement causes discomfort or unfamiliar pain stop the movement or choose an alternative or modified variations.
In all activities undertaken at Wellbeing Studio with Becky Jane always defer to the advice of your healthcare profession. Substitute activities or modifications with those that have been recommended to you, including those you have been advised not to undertake.

All physical activity can pose an element of risk, so take steps to prepare your space, seek and follow instructions with a revisit and review of both as often as needed. You are an active partner in your wellbeing journey. Through your participation, you are agreeing to self monitor and seek support from appropriate allied health care professionals and your teacher or facilitator as needed as part of active personal responsibility. Please do not hesitate to ask questions, we are here to help you, within the context of a group setting and the option is available to follow-up with questions or clarification outside of sessions.
Move within your own pace, capacity and level of comfort in all that you undertake with us. Listen to your body, the differences between something new and unfamiliar, and how it differs from something that is resulting in some discomfort versus a sense of overwhelm and/or distress.
Get to know what works to support your wellbeing, enjoyment, personal development, and aspirations. Your participation and journey with Wellbeing Studio with Becky Jane is your own, we respect that. Notice when comparison to others and self judgment happens. Be kind to yourself and gently shift your focus back to what you are here for, what is important to you, and the intention you have for your journey.
Be realistic about how your want to work to achieve your goals and aspirations. Take small, consistent steps to move towards them. Adjust and review as needed. Arrange to touch base if you have any concerns or questions. We are here to assist you.
